Our Golf Course home sits conveniently located for vacation between the downtown area Hot Springs and the large grocery store shopping complex at the West End of town. It rents as one 3 bedroom house. It sits on the 3 lots. Has a fenced dog yard. The oversized deck is lovely in the summer to enjoy the mountain air! We just remodeled and furnished this vacation rental and hope you will find everything you need in this home. All the beds are new. There is a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is supplied with all the things to make your vacation easier... crock pot, kitchen tools, spices, etc.
Note: These photos were taken before the house was fully decorated with art, etc. The images will hopefully give you a good idea of the layout and insides of the home.
The floor plan is all one level open dining/living area.
There is a gas fireplace and oversized TV in the mail living room.
The dining room has chairs for six.
Sleeping arrangements are furnished as follows:
 | Master - Queen and private sink area, shower and bathroom. |
| Large bedroom - has a custom made log bed with full size (extra thick/comfy) beds (sleeping 4) |
| Small bedroom - has a trundle and one twin beds (sleeping 3). |
| The sofa in the living room is long and could be used as a sleeping area also for a regular size adult. |
