Overlook Mineral Springs Spa - Right in the middle of downtown between the Liberty Theater and the Elkhorn Montoya's Cafe. It looks like a turn of the century bath house. Regular price is $15 for an indoor soak. It just opened so they often have special price offers to encourage people to try the baths. Hiking to Rainbow Hot Springs if you like to walk on the wild natural side. It is the West Fork trail and about 5 miles each direction. Start early in the day and check as in Spring the river makes the trail impassable. |

There is a bi- yearly published magazine published by a local advertising agency called the Dining Guide. You will find these for free at the chamber of commerce, local realtors offices and displayed in other public places. It has menus for most of the places in town. You will find the recent edition in the room. The only place that requires reservations for dinner is the Alley House. You must call after 4pm.
MOVIE
Movie Theater is called Liberty Theater. They show a couple of movies and have a "bargain" night on Tuesdays. Check their site for showtimes and listings.

Sky Ute Casino - Southern Ute Indian Reservation For those who enjoy the thrill of gaming, the Sky Ute Casino on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation is a short drive to the west, in Ignacio. All varieties of gaming are available. The facilities are open seven days a week.
