Driving Directions In Pagosa Springs:

14 Tor Court is the street address.  The home is located at the corner of Cloud Cap and the cul de sac Tor Ct.   The three bedroom rental is the B side.

Take Highway 160 to Piedra Road.  This is a 4-way intersection at the top of a hill with Giant and  Fina gas stations on the North side of the highway.  Turn North - so from Denver or NM that would be right or from Durango that would be left.  Continue approx 1 mile to Cloud Cap, turn Left.  The second cul de sac on the right is Tor and the house is on the corner.  It's grey with white trim.

Please make a note of which side of the unit your reservation is made for.  Side A sleeps 5.  Side B sleeps larger groups.

Travel to Pagosa

Pagosa Springs, Colorado, is located in the southwest corner of Colorado.  It is near the Four Corners area.  The closest ski area is Wolf Creek.  Pagosa is roughly 5 hours southwest from Denver down highway 285.  It's Northwest of Santa Fe NM by about 2 1/2 hours.

Pagosa is a well known tourist destination for those traveling from Texas and parts of the midwest.  City folk should know, we ain't got no Walmart here.  You got to drive to Durango for that.  It's a safe, cute little old west town with golfing, fishing, hiking, gorgeous sunsets and clean air.  Come on down.

Nearest Airport: Durango Colorado.  53 miles West of Pagosa Springs.  Other area airports include Farmington NM (80 miles) or Albuquerque NM (200 miles).

There are car rental companies in Pagosa!  Budget and Enterprise both have locations in town.  There are also lots of rental car vendors with 4WD vehicles in Durango.

If you fly into ABQ or Farmington, just grab a rental car at the airport.  You only need 4WD from Dec-Apr.

From Denver, take highway 285 south and west as it winds through several mountain passes including Kenosha and Poncha, and as you near the town of Center, CO you take a shortcut on highway 110 to Del Norte (skipping the town of Monte Vista).  This cuts off about 13 miles.  Proceed on highway 160.  It's about 285 miles or five hours from Denver.  There are little towns about every hour, so make plenty of pit stops.  Many of the towns on highway 285 and 160 are small, so you want to drive during daylight and note that the restrooms are closed after 9 or 10pm.

From ABQ or Santa Fe, NM - you will be driving north and west on highway 285 then 84.  In the town of Espanola, you can miss the turn to Pagosa.  Know that if you pass a Taco Bell in that small town, you have overshot the turn off.  There are two different places to make a left turn and keep yourself on the right path.  The second one of them is a Blake's Burgers.
