Sorry. We've "got" to be sticklers here. Our cancellation policy requires notice two weeks prior to your check in date. A charge of 25% of the total booking fee will be due. Sorry, but no refunds will be issued for any reason during the high season dates. |

Pets: We love animals! They are accepted for stays up to 7 days, but must be discussed prior to arrival. Tenant must keep pet on a leash in the yard and clean up waste daily. An additional $35 cleaning fee applies. |
