Blue - sleeps up to 7 in beds plus 2 in the queen size sleeper sofa bringing the total in beds up to 9. There are places to hide a couple more on air mattresses. You can sleep up to 11.
Regular Season $185 per night
High Season $300 per night no discounts / $2,000 week
High season is the week of 4th of July and Christmas/New Years.

2 nights (185 + taxes = $203.32 per night) x2 = $406.64 + $90 cleaning fee = $496.64
BOTH sides of the home – 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 half baths, two full kitchens, 2 decks, 2 laundry areas, a half acre of landscaped yard for BBQ or lying in the hammock. Sleeps up to 11 in beds and there are additional air mattresses. Call or email for a rate!

Sorry. We've "got" to be sticklers here. Our cancellation policy requires notice two weeks prior to your check in date. A charge of 25% of the total booking fee will be due. Sorry, but no refunds will be issued for any reason during the high season dates. |

Pets: We love animals! They are accepted for stays up to 7 days, but must be discussed prior to arrival. Tenant must keep pet on a leash in the yard and clean up waste, daily. An additional $35 cleaning fee applies per pet. |
