This unit is rented in conjunction with the B side to give a big family one central home. The A or Aqua side of the home is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath two story (A). The lake views and sunsets are lovely in the winter and summer. There is a large screen 40" TV with TiVo and surround sound for movies and small flat panels in the main bedroom. This side of the house sleeps no more than 5 (depending on kids and adults) with 1 queen size bed only. There is room for air mattresses in the living room and in a second bedroom which is empty for rentals, so you can either do 2 twin size mattresses or a full.
The bedding is luxurious with down comforters, down pillows and high thread-count sheets make for a great get-away. This unit can only be rented in combination to complete the five bedroom home.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The kitchen is outfitted with copper cookware, baking supplies, kitchenaid blender and food processor, icemaker, every spice you can think of, toaster oven... This home is a gourmet's delight. The full bath has a jetted tub and rainfall shower head that is at an 8' height.
