Side B (Blue) of the lakeside duplex has all the outdoor benefits of a lake front home. The kayak and canoe in the yard are easy to drop into the water. You can fish with a private lake permit. There are two fireplaces, a private deck, large half acre yard of thick green grass, hammock and patio furniture to seat your whole family for your cookouts!
Master Bedroom
The master suite has a queen size bed and attached master bathroom. This room is located on the third floor of the home. There are blackout curtains so you can sleep in! The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and plenty of space for toiletries. You will find linens and towels for your stay in each room. Flat screen and DVD player, wireless access and a cell phone repeater help you stay in touch!
Main Floor
The living & dining room is located on the second floor is a large open area. It has room for a couple twin sized air mattresses with a half bathroom. The views from this room look out onto the lake and into the yard.
The kitchen is complete with travertine counters, icemaker, microwave, coffee pot, roasting oven, crock pot, Kitchenaid mixer, toaster, bakeware, etc. There is a BBQ grill located off the deck for use during your stay.
First Floor
On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a queen size bed and gas fireplace.
There is an additional twin size bed on the 1st floor in a large walk in closet.
One room has twin size bunk beds with room for an air mattress.
You will find a library of books, DVDs and board games and wireless Pac Man & SpongeBob games that can be used on the TV in the room with bunk beds. A total for the number of adults that could sleep in beds is 7. There is room for two more using air mattresses or the couch. The unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
